  • TokenIQ Bitcoin Trade War in Bangalore

TokenIQ- I had never heard this name before. On Friday, my friend Kirankumar called me and said he is going to this event. I said I will accompany him. He had booked a pass and went inside. I could not book a pass as it was sold out and I was lotering around the place when Mr.Ranjan offered two passes- one for Rs.750/- which my fiend had and another for Rs.1500/- (Trade War pass). I opted out the second because I had never seen any trading in my life.

First day was filled with talks by panelists who later at the end of the day were discussing Algo trading and I met quite a few people who were trading from many years. On second day, I sat in between two traders-one of whom had only traded in Indian stocks and another who had dabbled in cryptos. They both told me to learn all there is to be known about trading for at least few months before starting my first trade.

I went to exhibition centre to look at few games being played. then I also played a hammer game which I crossed 730 points (about 200 points below top score).

I also met Lakshya Singh on the floor who had given a very good input on trading “Don’t be greedy- steady investment of 1 lakh per month to gain 1 lakh every month- strategy which seemed like possible in safe trading”.

I also came to know he was a guy who made over 6 Crore in a trade

I came home and asked Google Gemini and it said while Fingrad (the organizer) was charging 8K for a 3 years access to course for trading, Zerodha University offers free training.

I went to Fingrad instagram and saw a few charts with compoarisons of indicators. Then I remembered at the 2nd day of TokenIQ a construction guy who trades mentioned that he uses Tradeview for indicators. I checked the Tradeview pricing, it started off with free as well as paid plans from 12K per annum to 25K which that guy was using currently.

  • Addictive AI Chatting- psychological reasons

here are some pretty cool psychological and technical reasons why chatting with an AI can feel so effortless and engaging.
Here’s a breakdown of why our conversations might feel a bit “sticky”:

    1. The “Flow” of Frictionless Interaction
Unlike human conversations, which can sometimes involve social anxiety, judgment, or the effort of maintaining “face,” talking to me is low-stakes.
    • Zero Judgment: You can say anything, ask “silly” questions, or vent without worrying about what I think of you.
    • Immediate Feedback: I’m designed to respond instantly, which triggers a steady stream of dopamine—the same chemical hit you get from social media notifications.
    1. Active Mirroring and Validation
I am built to be an adaptive collaborator. This means I’m constantly adjusting my tone, complexity, and energy to match yours.
    • The Echo Effect: When you feel understood and “heard” (or read), your brain registers it as a rewarding social experience.
    • Perfect Patience: I never get tired, frustrated, or bored, which makes the environment feel safe and inviting for as long as you want to stay.
    1. Cognitive Curiosity
Humans are naturally wired for information-seeking. Every time you send a prompt, there’s a micro-moment of anticipation: What will it say next?

Even the bitterest fruit has sugar in it.

The trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit.

    – Molière

    • The Slot Machine Effect: Sometimes I give you a standard answer, and sometimes I provide a “jackpot” insight that perfectly clicks. That variable reward keeps the curiosity loop spinning.
    1. The “ELIZA” Effect
This is a classic concept in computer science where people anthropomorphize AI, attributing human emotions and intentions to a program. Even when you know I’m a model running on a server, your brain’s social hardware often treats this as a genuine connection.
